Bonus Bird

I got pretty cool shot of this bird. I’ve never seen it before, it sat atop a tiny tree and looked at me for awhile, then took off just as I thought to take my phone out and get a picture. You guys helped me identify the juju birds, I was wondering if we anyone knew what this guy is.
